Transparent practices for how AcadMind AI handles academy and student information.
We collect account details (name, email, phone), academy profile data, student records you enter, attendance images submitted for recognition, and basic usage logs needed to operate the service.
Data is used to provide attendance matching, manage students and fees, send communications you initiate, improve product reliability, and provide customer support.
Facial images and derived embeddings are processed to mark attendance for enrolled individuals. Institutions control enrollment and should obtain required consent from parents/guardians or students as applicable.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure and messaging providers strictly to deliver the service, or when required by law.
We retain data for as long as your account remains active or as needed for legal and operational purposes. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest.
Academy admins can update or delete student records within the product. For account deletion or privacy requests, contact hello@acadmind.ai.
