By creating an account or using AcadMind AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
AcadMind AI provides academy management tools including AI-assisted attendance, student records, fees, communication, and related features for authorized institutional users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your academy account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use face-recognition features outside your institution's lawful educational or operational purpose.
Attendance features may process facial images for enrolled students under your institution's authority. You confirm you have appropriate consent and legal basis to collect and process such data.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup or renewal. Features may vary by plan. Taxes may apply as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcadMind AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Attendance results should be reviewed by staff when needed.
